Last updated: 21 August 2026

This policy covers the wynlabs.ee website. The studio's applications have their own policy: Adivina, Listillo (in Spanish) and Mots i Manies (in Catalan).

Address
Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Kesklinna district, Tallinn, Harju county, 10115, Estonia

2. What data we process

This is a static website: there is no user registration, no forms and no shopping cart.

Server logs

Like any website, the server hosting wynlabs.ee automatically generates technical logs that may include the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser used. These logs are generated and retained by our hosting provider in order to maintain the service, ensure its security and detect incidents. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the security and proper functioning of the website.

If you write to us

If you contact us by email, we will process the data contained in your message — your email address and whatever content you choose to provide — for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. The legal basis is the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to those who write to us. We will keep the correspondence for as long as it is necessary to handle the matter and to address any liability arising from it.

3. Recipients

We do not disclose personal data to third parties and we carry out no international transfers, other than those arising from the use of our technology providers, which act as processors:

4. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@wynlabs.ee. Please note that, given how little information we process, we may hold no data about you with which to act on your request.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian supervisory authority, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee), or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

5. Changes to this policy

Any amendment will be published on this same page, together with its update date. We recommend checking it from time to time.
